Saturday in the Park
Posted in Around the House on 03/09/2010 08:19 pm by DonnaSaturday was a beautiful day here in Duluth, Georgia. Blue Skies and warm weather were most welcomed! We grabbed the Frisbee Golf set, put the dog on his leash, grabbed the camera and headed out for a walk to the park. Bunten Road Park is right across the street from our neighborhood. The park has tennis, baseball, soccer fields and there is a lovely walking path. The recreation center offers many classes and camps for children. It’s really nice having it so close by and we appreciate it. We had a sweet time enjoying the sunshine and it was a well deserved break.

My husband, turning cartwheels for me. Love this guy!

Oh yeah – Texas in late summer – that’s tons of fun!
But your a native, so you know the drill – run from your air conditioned house to your (hopefully) shaded, air conditioned car to drive to another building that is air conditioned.

I cannot do a cartwheel. Never have. Fail. I can twirl a baton though! Spring weather was here for a few days now it’s all rain! I’m not sure when we will be in Texas next. My son’s graduation is coming up in May so maybe we will hit Texas late summer? Whataburger for sure!

Oh – forgot to mention – very impressive that your hubby’s hat stayed on for
the entire cartwheel. Extra points for that.

Awesome cartwheel! I might have been able to do one when I was maybe 5, but now?
No way!
It looks like you are having a bit of spring weather – we are too. It’s a nice
break from the snow and rain.
When you comming down for Whataburgers?
