I am blessed.  I am captivated by life. Cheerful and delighted by the world around me.

I am married to an amazing man.  He makes me laugh every day. The hard belly laugh that brings wide smiles. I have two sons who I am so proud of. They are smart, spirited and loving souls. I have 4 cats and one dog and I am madly in love with them all.

I enjoy photography and my sweet camera love is a Canon 40D. I carry around that sweetness everywhere I go in my turquoise Belle bag. I also have a crafty side that is easily inspired so you will often find me catching up on my DVR with beads, hot glue, fabric and scrapbook paper. I love to read and the last thing in my hand every night is a book which I will read until my eyes start to get heavy and I drift off to sleep.

I started this blog for the same reason as many, I wanted to be able to share my life experiences in photos with my family who are 1,200 miles away in Texas. I have lived in Atlanta for 15 years but will always be a Texas girl at heart.
